Vision
To develop a responsible and accountable attitude among all the stakeholders and maintain a harmonious educational ambience, ensuring the dignity and divinity at the institute.
Mission
To provide and ensure a transparent, empathetic, and supportive role for expressing their grievances/ Suggestions freely for a smooth relationship, to maintain a standard and disciplined environment.
Objectives
- To provide opportunities for redressal of certain grievances of students already enrolled in any institution, as well as those seeking admission to such institutions, and a mechanism thereto.
- To secure harmonious study environment in the college and to uphold the interests of student by redressing student grievances.
- Regardless of the student’s origin, gender or any other attribute make sure that all complaints are treated fairly and impartially.
- To preserve the privacy of both the complainant and the respondent, uphold complete confidentiality throughout the complaint resolution process.
- Prioritize the prompt resolution of student grievances, ensuring that complaints are addressed within stipulated timeframes.
- To inform students, professors and staff about NAAC standards, procedures and the significance of grievance redressal in the accreditation process, conduct awareness programmes and training sessions.
- Maintain the institutions reputation by resolving student complaints in a timely manner and exhibiting a dedication to supplying a welcoming, courteous, and safe learning environment.
